Sign-up, Acceptance and Re-acceptance
Version 2026-10-09 · Effective October 6, 2026 · XSTATIC ENTERTAINMENT, INC. (California, USA) · a2c6daae10ff
1. What you accept when you sign up
When you create a ProsAccess account you:
- Accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy (which include the Booking, Cancellation, Refund and Dispute Policy, the Recording and Replay Policy, Minors and Guardian Participation, Group Sessions, Regulated Services and Agreements, and Notifications and Communications) — by ticking the acceptance control on the sign-up form, or, when you continue with Apple or Google, by tapping continue under the line "By continuing you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and confirming on the acceptance screen that follows your first sign-in.
- Confirm your age status — that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for a date of birth.
- Verify your email address (for email sign-ups) before you can book, sell or message.
You are not asked for a payment method, a phone number or any consent to text messages at sign-up; those come later, when you use the feature.
2. What a Pro accepts
When you publish your professional profile, or submit it for ProsAccess Verified, you tick a control that says:
I confirm the information and documents are mine and accurate, and I agree to the ProsAccess Professional Agreement, including the platform fees shown to me.
That acceptance is recorded with the date. The Terms of Service continue to apply to you as a User.
3. What triggers re-acceptance
- A material change to the Terms, the Professional Agreement, the Privacy Policy or a policy that is part of them — including any change to arbitration, the release, liability limits, indemnity, fees, refunds or significant privacy rights — is published as a new version with at least 14 days' notice by email and in the product. The next time you open ProsAccess after it takes effect, you are asked to accept the new version before you can book, host, sell or message; until then the version you last accepted governs you. Declining does not close your account, but paid actions stay paused.
- Non-material changes (clarifications, feature descriptions, corrections) take effect when posted with an updated version date and do not require re-acceptance.
- Version 2026-10-09 (in-app account deletion, reporting and blocking, one contact address — support@prosaccess.com — gift sessions, the Group Session chat, the cookies and browser-storage section, recording consent given in advance by the Pro's setting, search phrases sent to Google, and corrections) is the version every account accepts once before launch, User and Pro.
Regulated acknowledgements, guardian acknowledgements, recording consents, messaging consents and document signatures are separate, recorded when you take the action, and versioned on their own.
